Grow Lemons Anywhere in the Country

Love lemons, but find that store-bought lemons are often too tart? Try the Improved Meyer Lemon- a hybrid lemon tree that produces sweet citrus that is sure to be the most amazing fruit you've ever tasted.

Don't bother looking for them in your local grocery store. These lemons are not grown commercially- you must have your own lemon tree. Now's your chance!

Improved Meyer Lemons are naturally sweeter than most other varieties. If you've ever been to a state fair, you've probably tasted freshly squeezed, ice-cold, sweet lemonade. That's what Meyer Lemons taste like!

Your Meyer Lemon Tree produces fruit that is actually a cross between a lemon and Mandarin orange. Because these lemons have the typical lemony flavor, but are more naturally sweet. They are a favorite of chefs and bakers all over the world. Just think of the drinks and treats you'll be able to surprise your family and friends with!

Now, you can grow your lemon tree in any part of the country. This improved variety is naturally pest & disease resistant. In cold climates, just plant your lemon tree in a large pot and move it indoors during the winter. It will become your favorite houseplant because it adapts beautifully and becomes a great conversation piece. The bright yellow fruit and sweet fragrance will catch everyone's attention. Even children love to watch the fruit grow.

This tree is very heavy bearing and will provide you with a larger number of lemons every year. Plus, it's self pollinating, so you can grow fruit indoors or out. Your new Meyer Lemon tree fruits abundantly in winter.

Due to agricultural shipping restrictions, we cannot ship this plant to CA, TX, LA, FL or SC.

Try a Meyer Lemon Tree today, and see what surprises you can "whip up" in the kitchen with this amazing fruit!

I have one those Improved Meyer Lemon citrus potted. It is wonderful citrus... it is very easy to care if you care right way.... I have this one for been almost 5 years! It was so biggest tree in 15 inch wide potted... It is almost 7 feet tall right now and 4 1/2 feet wide.. a lot fruit on it... but smell so great while blooming!

My Meyer lemon tree is over 20 years old, about 26' tall (huge), and produces so much fruit that one of the branches broke, and I had to cable it and tape it back in place last year. It is soooo fruit-laden, that people come over with large boxes and send the lemons to other states. I love this tree. But, I never know when to prune it back. It is Feb. 3 right now, the tree is full of fruit, and it is way too big. If anyone knows the correct pruning time, I'd like to know what it is.

The meyer lemon tree is looking very healthy with new growth. So far it is thriving in the Northeast. I hope to keep it through the winter months and enjoy some lemons next summer.

Last year my 3-year old Meyer lemon tree produced 29 baseball size, very beautiful, juicy lemons. The plant is in a very large pot, gets water and sun, and I fertilized with regular Miracle Grow. It's now February 2011 and it is blooming again, so I bet this year's crop will be a tasty one.

You guys did a great job. The tree got here promptly, was full of blooms and new growth, and is currently producing lemons at a nice pace. If we are ever in the market for another tree, we will definitely consider using you guys again.

Meyer Lemon - Many dark green lemons for months. When do they turn yellow and become usable?

Sylvia Keyser
I have had the Meyer lemon tree for 7 years now. I live in western N.J. Right across the bridge from Pa. I have had the tree for 7 years now. It has grown good, bushy and slightly yellow leaves once in a while. I take it out on the deck in the summer and bring it in the house in September, before Fall.

I've have had my Meyer lemon about 4 years and love it. Very easy to grow, even in Oregon.

I planted my dwarf lemon tree years ago. My idea was to reduce the mosquito population which it, has helped . Abundant crop, still in the green stage.

My Meyer lemon tree is a couple years old, with green fruit starting again. Had it on patio for the first year. It did better after moving to front porch with morning sun.

I have had my lemon tree for just over a year. It has about a dozen or more lemons on it and more coming. My tree is very bountiful. I just hope the branches hold together while they grow.

Teresa
I received my lemon tree in excellent condition. I planted it in a pot as the winter is cold in Missouri. It has already grown about three inches in just two weeks. Looks very healthy. Can't wait to get lemons from the tree. I have ordered several plants from Brighter Blooms, and they always arrive in excellent condition.

Tina
My daughter bought this meyer lemon tree for me. I have enjoyed watching the changes. This is the first season for my tree, it is small but has produced 4 lemons small and green. I already have new blooms(flowers) on it. The flowers smell great!
