Originally from the Southeastern United States, the Trumpet Vine’s name sake flowers and incredible growing potential have made this vine an extremely popular perennial.
Capable of surviving as far north as New England, the Trumpet Vine is hardy and adaptable, growing quickly in most conditions.
Reaching heights of up to 30 feet, this vine needs little encouragement to climb up other plants and structures.
The vine’s foliage begins as a bright emerald green in spring but quickly deepens to a dark green color. The Trumpet Vine’s flowers bloom beginning in the middle of summer and last into the fall, providing a red, yellow, gold and orange shaded flowers along the vines’ length.
This vine is an excellent showcase or accent piece for any garden or home.
