Brighter Blooms Nursery offers a full one-year replacement guarantee. If your plant dies within 90 days of delivery, we’ll replace it for just 25% of the tree cost plus shipping. If your plant dies after 90 days, but before one year, we’ll replace it for just 50% of the tree cost plus shipping.

Once we review your photos and determine that you qualify for replacements, we will send you a coupon that can be applied toward a replacement plant.. During the spring and summer seasons, this process can take up to 1-2 weeks. Unfortunately, some replacement plants can only be shipped out in the fall or spring.
