Plus you get thicker bloom coverage for an eye catching plant. Encore® has revolutionized Azaleas and the Autumn Embers is their brightest variety yet.

 

It's a small evergreen azalea that can be planted alone, to add color, or in a hedge row for a dramatic effect. Also functions as a widely spreading, flowering groundcover.

 

The orange-red, 2.5-inch semi-double blooms stand out against the dark green foliage. It makes a good mix and match in an informal hedge with a white blooming small azalea like Autumn Angel™.

 

Easy care... Big color. A hardy trouble-free plant. You don't need to do anything for it... but you'll want to anyway.

Very hardy. This summer in the Northeast was brutal (high temperature, high humidity). I was worried how these shrubs would survive their first year. They are doing great and are blooming in August. Can't wait to see them mature more next year.

I ordered four Autumn Angel Encore Azaleas and five Autumn Ember. I am on a budget, so I ordered the 1 gallon plants. They arrived in very good condition. Some of them had blooms when I took them out of the box. I planted them about two weeks ago and they are really taking hold. I think I will be very happy with these flowering bushes in front of my house.

My husband and I have been working on completing our garden and the Autumn Ember azaleas are incorporated into our plan. We have ordered several of them to go in front of our non blooming shrubs so they would give the bushes some color. They have bloomed almost this whole summer. They are gorgeous and hardy and have survived my moving them around from time to time to put them exactly where I want them. I would recommend these to others. :)
