Incidentally, the tree form Wisteria is far lower maintenance when trying to keep the plant from spreading, as it is wont to do in warm climates. I was pleasantly surprised when the extremely tall box arrived containing my purple Wisteria tree. The plant was healthy and not at all withered from shipping because it was in a large pot/container. I planted it shortly after it arrived and am amazed that it actually produced a few small blooms within weeks of being planted. After seeing the beautiful color of the blooms, I am looking forward to this tree being the focal point of our front yard next year after it gets established and has a chance to grow and produce many clusters of blooms. Thank you so much for offering this beautiful tree!

The purple wisteria tree I bought last spring is doing very well in full sun in the front yard. It produced blooms immediately after planting but very few clusters. I pruned off any branch that had stretched out too long and this technique made the crown thicker. This also allowed new branches to grow on other parts of the trunk some of which I kept and others were cut off. I hope it will produce more fragrant flowers next year.

My wisteria vines are doing wonderful! They came fast and were packed very well. I planted them later that day. I have really bad soil conditions but these you can literally watch grow everyday! Very little maintenance, and they smell wonderful. I purchased them to fill in an area at the end of my back porch. It is doing just as they said it would! I loved it so much that I bought another one to add to it! Brighter Blooms is a wonderful site to buy from and I would highly recommend it to anyone!
Lovely
I love wisteria trees but I don't have any in my yard. I'm hoping to get one really soon.

The purple wisteria tree from Brighter Blooms arrived carefully packed and in impressively beautiful condition (late spring 2010). The wisteria was pruned into a very nice tree form as promised, with a nice index finger-sized trunk about 4ft high, then many leaders growing from the top. The tree overwintered fine (zone 6A-can freeze to 10 below zero or more some years). This year the tree is very healthy, the good trunk foundation already established serves as the perfect support to help this process, as the new growth will actually imbed itself into the old growth to form a sort of twisted trunk. They are a truly priceless and beautiful landscape tree.

I love my Wisteria Tree! It has been so hardy and beautiful since the day I planted it. In the spring, before even one leaf grows, it spits our hundreds of blooms. They smell so sweet and attract even the neighbor's attention. I cant tell you how many people have stopped to ask what kind of tree it is. I am so glad that I planted it.
