Red Lobelia

The Red Lobelia, or Red Cardinal Flower, is a stunner in full bloom. The Red Lobelia is the perennial twin sister of the Blue Lobelia.

The rich crimson blooms from late summer to mid-fall will attract plenty of attention due to its towering height and dazzling color.

The brightly colored red flowers reach a length of 1 to 1 ½ in and resemble Honeysuckle or Salvia.

This is a water loving plant and will thrive in moist conditions. The Red Lobelia is perfectly at home around a water feature, adding a big splash of color.
