When we came up with the idea of Brighter Blooms Nursery we wanted to expand the e-commerce experience. Why was there a lack of online shopping when it came to plants? Why were the plants you could buy online not of great quality? Why was it only black and white? In 2007, we were determined to become that grey area. Unlike our competitors, we decided to only carry plants with well developed root systems, because the survival rate of bare root plants are significantly lower. Before we send out any plants, our nursery manager examines them very carefully to ensure you are getting what you paid for. That is how we offer the finest quality of plants that blooms quicker and longer! Last but not least, we have professional horticulturalist on sight that have more than 50 years of experience guiding you in the right direction. Whether that direction be what plant you should get or a list of concerns that you may have we all know customer service cannot answer all of your questions when it comes to the hard questions about plants!

How do we do this? Easy. Since 2007, we’ve worked diligently to develop a near perfect process on how to deliver the finest quality of plants from our farm to your doorstep year after year. We do this by first, only offering you plants that are the strongest, healthiest, and most resilient. A lot of mail order gardening companies have a tendency to scam you into spending a lot of money for something that isn’t even worth buying in the first place. Unlike our competitors, we know if we continuously deliver the best, and do nothing by chance, then we will create loyal customers that will come back every single time. Therefore, it’s just better to get it right the first time.
Because we’ve worked on this process for 11 years, and counting, we know what to do and what not to do. We’re not oblivious to the fact that you may not be home when Fedex or the United States Postal Service, drops off your plants. That’s why we do not require a signature if you’re not home. When you receive your tracking number, simply go online and tell the deliverer where you want them to leave your plants. Though we cannot guarantee when you will get your plants, because weather can be very unpredictable, we can guarantee when we will ship your order. Usually, if you live on the west coast it takes about 4-5 days to get to you. We can guarantee you that we will send your plants out at the beginning of the week. If you live on the east coast, it usually takes about 3-4 days to get your order, and we can guarantee you that we will ship your plants at the end of the week.
It’s very unlikely for you to pay for something not receive it, but it’s not good to never say never. Therefore, if this does happen to you. No big deal, give us a call right away and let us know. We can either replace your plants or give you your money back. No Problem!
Don’t worry about what’s going to happen to your plants after you purchase them because you’re covered. We have an optional one year warranty available to you if you want some extra coverage on your plants. Just make sure to give us a call within the first 5 days you receive your plants if you have some concerns. If your plants do not make it, we will give you a 100% store credit on the amount that you paid for you plants.
We understand that customer service can't answer your hard questions. That’s why we have a team of horticulturalist on site to answer any head scratching questions you may have. A horticulturalist is a person who engages in plant research and has learned about plant evolution. They will be able to tell you what you need to do in order to help your plants thrive!

"This Avocado tree came in the same box with the hass tree avocado but this tree is resistant to traumas because it came perfectly with all the leaves , just one leaf was fallen . I have already planted it in a new pot bigger than the one the seller gave me . This avomex plant is growing a little in the new pot. Because I don't have enough space in my apartment, I will have to see how much it will grow but for now is in my balcony, growing just a little because I measure it every week to see the growing speed.
