When will my order ship?
Shipping live plants is a unique process, and we do all we can to make sure that they arrive in the best condition possible. Spring is our busiest time of year. Orders are typically shipped within a few days. Some orders may be delayed due to dormancy.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Do you offer discounts for bulk and wholesale orders?
Yes we do. Each of our description pages lists our regular quantity discounts. If your order greatly exceeds these amounts, feel free to call one of our sales representatives at 800-399-9514 for other bulk discounts.
Do you have a catalog?
We do not print a paper catalog. In order to keep all our information up to date (our trees and plants are growing and changing almost daily), we put all information on our website. We are very proud to say we save thousands of pounds of paper a year by offering all of our information online. Did my order go through?
If your order went through, you'll be taken to a confirmation page with your order ID number. If you are unsure if your order was processed, please call us at 800-399-9514.
Substitutions
If you would like to add, swap or otherwise alter your order, please call our representatives for assistance at 800-399-9514.
Cancellations
Please call our customer service department as soon as possible. Cancellations cannot be done via email, nor can we process a cancellation once an order has gone to shipping. Unfortunately there is a cancellation fee of 10% with a $10 minimum. This covers our costs for processing. However, there is no fee for delaying the shipping of your order if that would be helpful.
Returns
Since plants are perishable items, all sales are final. Nursery stock cannot be returned without our permission. In all cases goods cannot be returned after they have been accepted, processed, improperly stored or planted. A 25% restocking fee will be charged to the customer if the trees are returned in live condition with authorization, within two weeks of receipt, plus customer will be responsible for all shipping and processing charges.
How and Where We Ship
We take pride in shipping the highest quality trees and plants all across the nation. Be assured that your plants are properly packaged, and will arrive to you quickly and unharmed. We ship thousands of plants a week, all over the country.
Shipping to a Different Address
If you'd like to send your plants to a different address, there is an option to do so during checkout. Just click "Ship to A Different Address" and fill out the address in the form provided.
Shipping Methods
We use FedEx, UPS and USPS to ship all our trees and shrubs. Over the years, we have found these to be the most reliable (and quickest) ways to get you your plants.
